All orthodontic problems and patient needs are different. Accordingly, our fee will vary with the complexity of the case being treated and the length of time required. Before active treatment begins, our treatment coordinator will explain the fee associated with your treatment, as well as establishing a suitable payment plan for you.

If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, a percentage discount is given. We offer VISA and MasterCard, and can also set up automatic monthly payments to better serve you. We offer both in office and outside financing options.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. As insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage, due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payments. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire insurance balance, paid in full. If you have any questions, our helpful staff is always available to answer them.

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, your claims will be filed. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for your or your child. If, during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
