Our commitment to excellence includes providing the highest standard of orthodontic care possible. The foundation for this is establishing mutual trust and respect between the patient, parent(s) and Dr. Ralph. Our relationships reflect our desire to have honest, interactive communication, to educate and inform our patients while providing an enriching and rewarding experience for everyone.
Appointments
We see patients four days per week on a rotating schedule between locations, working at least two Fridays per month. We realize that your time is valuable, and we take pride in the fact that we very seldom run behind schedule. Because the majority of our patients are school age, it is simply not possible to schedule all appointments after classes. While every attempt is made to set convenient appointment times for all of our patients, school-age patients will occasionally have to miss a class for certain appointments.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance
benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate
your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due
to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient
portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to
our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services
and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you
are responsible for the entire balance, paid in full. If you
have any questions, our courteous staff is always available
to answer them. |
